How We Work
Two ways to work together. One direction. Every engagement starts with an Optimize Contract. RIFT proves the playbook at our own expense. When the results speak for themselves, we move into a long-term operational partnership.
Phase 1: Optimize Contract
Six months. RIFT fronts all costs. Zero upfront risk to you. We prove what this operation can do.
- RIFT covers all ad spend and optimization costs: $0 to you
- RIFT share of revenue above baseline: 75%
- Split after ad spend is recouped: 50/50
- Duration: 6 months
- Goal: Prove the playbook
Phase 2: Manage Contract
Long-term partnership once the playbook is proven. RIFT runs operations alongside your team.
- Marketing passthrough: Via client
- RIFT management fee (% of total revenue): 5%
- Monthly minimum: $7,500/mo
- RIFT share of operating profit: 15%
- Goal: Recurring growth
The Optimize Contract is how we build trust with our own money. If we cannot prove the results in six months, you have lost nothing. If we do, you have a partner who has already demonstrated what this operation is capable of.
