What We Are Building

Next-gen entertainment venues, immersive experiences, location-based entertainment, keep failing. Not because Guests do not want them. Because nobody with real attractions industry discipline is running them. RIFT is that operator. We find underperforming venues, apply the playbook, and prove what these concepts can do.
This is Phase One. The portfolio grows from here.

Operations Managers
People who have run attraction floors and know what it takes to deliver a consistent Guest experience when things go sideways.
- Attraction or LBE operations background
- Guest experience discipline
- Staff training and accountability
- Comfortable with process-building from scratch
Revenue Directors
People who have managed pricing, capacity, and ticketing strategy inside an attractions or entertainment context and driven real numbers.
- Attractions or hospitality revenue management

Marketing Leads

Clay Talley, Founder & CEO Clay came up inside Disney Experiences and has spent his career running and building attractions. He understands what separates a venue Guests return to from one they visit once.
Brad Ritchie, Co-Founder & COO Brad ran operations at The VOID, the most technically demanding immersive experience built at scale. He knows what immersive entertainment operations actually require and what breaks when you do not have the right systems.
